BebaFleet Refunds & Cancellations Policy
This policy outlines our commitment to a fair and transparent process for all trip and delivery cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by You (Passenger/Customer)
You may cancel a booking, but certain conditions apply to ensure fairness for our drivers.
- Free Cancellation Period: You can cancel a booking without any charge within 3 minutes of it being accepted.
- Late Cancellation Fee: A fee will apply if you cancel after the free period to compensate the driver.
- No-Show Fee: A fee will be charged if the driver waits for more than 5 minutes at the pickup location and you do not show up.
2. Cancellation by Driver
If a driver cancels a booking at any time, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and any pre-authorized amount will be fully refunded.
3. Refund Policy
- Incorrect Charges: You are eligible for a refund if you were charged an incorrect fee or fare.
- Service Issues: Refunds may be granted for incomplete trips or service failures on the part of the driver.
- Delivery Problems: For delivery orders, you may be eligible for a refund for damaged, lost, or incorrect items.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team immediately with your trip/order details.
Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days to appear.
